You have a leaf and a 12 x 12 piece of paper. That's it. Now go ahead and find a place for this leaf you found...
This is my final project. The idea was for the leaf to be incorporated into the project, not simply displayed by it. I liked the feeling that that the paper was blossoming out from the leaf. It appears to have many separate plane, but in reality most of them are one piece.

| This is where I came from. This was the original model of this idea. Again, I liked the concept of blossoming outward and enveloping the leaf, but I wanted to have it stand upright. I also changed to a more translucent paper after I received some advice to mimic the translucency and waxy texture of my leaf. Someone told me they like this one more than the final... but I disagree :) |
